These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Cila ("Cila," "we," "us," or "our"). Cila is based in Sydney, Australia and provides its software as a service platform (the "Service") worldwide under these Terms and all applicable laws.
By creating an account, connecting a social-media profile, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Age requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
- We do not allow anyone under 18 to create an account or submit data.
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
2. Licence and Acceptable Use
Limited licence
Cila gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
- bypass platform API limits or misuse data from Instagram or TikTok
- upload or transmit malware or other harmful code
- violate any law or third party right, including privacy or intellectual-property rights
- resell Platform Data or User Content except as allowed by platform rules and these Terms
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By using our Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
